William C. Horst, Ph.D.
The mission of Horst Consulting Partners is to provide the highest quality of customized services that enhance performance by individuals, teams and organizations. William C. Horst, Ph.D., a business psychologist, is President of Horst Consulting Partners. With over twenty years of consulting experience, Bill develops partnerships with senior executives to increase both leadership and organizational effectiveness. His consultations range from executive coaching and assessment to team development and organizational studies. His assessments of talent and cultures during mergers / acquisitions lead to rapid integration that impacts the bottom line for corporations. Bill's consultations with new executives through on-boarding / integration improve their abilities to quickly solve problems and create a team environment. His expertise is sought globally by organizations from start-ups, venture capital, nonprofits, family businesses and the nuclear power industry to large private and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to founding Horst Consulting Partners, Bill was a Senior Consultant, Account Manager and internal faculty member with RHR International. He has been an internal Human Resource Consultant and taught at multiple colleges in the areas of psychology and management. Bill received a B.A. and an M.S. from Creighton University; his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology was received from Michigan State University. He is a board member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, and holds memberships in the International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Society for Human Resource Planning. A licensed psychologist, Bill is certified in many assessment instruments, including Emergenetics and the Denison Culture Survey.
